If you select Standard Ground delivery, you can expect to receive your shipment 4 to 8 business days after you place your order. With expedited service, you can expect your order within 2 to 3 business days, depending on the day and time you place your order.
Please note that your order must be received by 12 noon Eastern Time to ensure expedited delivery.
Please note that orders
with several items are not always shipped in one box. Please check the packing
slip before contacting us. You will only receive one shipping charge.

Within 30 days of receipt
of your order, you may return any map, language, or travel-related product in
its original condition for a full refund. Please note that we can process returns
and refunds only for items purchased from a Langenscheidt company site. Please

on how to make a return.
If you've paid by check
and we owe you a full or partial refund, we will issue you the appropriate company
credit. If you prefer, we will send you a refund check for the correct amount.
